House Rules

Although you retain ownership of any images you may upload to our site, the templates and designs you find here remain the property of Keepsake Templates.  Templates may not be reproduced or distributed for any purpose other than that for which they were intended, or sold for commercial purposes.

Once you have purchased your Keepsake Template, you can edit, save and download your design as often as you need to, however each template is intended to be used only once.  Templates being repeatedly edited, and edits occurring more than one month after date of purchase will be flagged in our system.  Completed templates, templates and designs are for personal use only.  

Content which we deem to be offensive or unlawful is not permitted to be added to templates, and if found will be reported to the relevant authority. You must also not add copyrighted material to your template, unless you have the express permission of the owner.  We reserve the right to revoke or delete a template should it be in breach of these guidelines. 

Users of Keepsake Templates must not deliberately interfere or disrupt our services, for example by seeking to access data or by introducing a virus to the system.
