Due to the nature of the product, we cannot provide refunds on digital templates once they are accessed or downloaded. Having said that, we want you to be satisfied with the Keepsake Template that you create, and we know how important it is that you get your design just right. If you complete your template and finalise the transaction, but need to make further amendments, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
